| About Attorney Mike Robinson Attorney Mike Robinson has lived in Douglas County, Colorado for over 20 years. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Castle Rock Chamber of Commerce and Cantril House Assisted Living Center, as Post Commander of the Castle Rock Veterans of Foreign Wars Post #10578, President of the Douglas-Elbert Bar Association, Board of Governors - Colorado Bar Association, the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association, and Phi Delta Phi Legal Fraternity, Who's Who in American Law.  Mike grew up as the son of a career combat U.S. Army soldier. He served as a Photographic Intelligenceman in Vietnam during his four years in the U.S. Navy, including surviving the 1967 U.S.S. Forrestal fire. While serving in Vietnam, Mike was awarded the Republic of Vietnam Gallantry Cross Unit Citation and the Presidential Unit Citation, the unit equivalent of the Navy Cross. Mike was honorably discharged from the military and attended college on the G.I. Bill graduating with a Bachelor of Arts Degree Cum Laude from Albany State College and later a Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Denver College of Law. He is licensed to practice law before the Colorado Supreme Court, Federal District and Bankruptcy Courts for Colorado, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States. |

About Attorney William Henry William L. Henry IV – Bill is concentrates his practice on tax, estate planning, foreclosures, and family law. He began his legal career in the Washington, D.C., metro area working for a premier tax firm solving domestic and international tax problems facing business and individuals. He earned his legal degree at The George Washington University Law School in Washington, D.C., and his undergraduate degree at Norwich University, The Military College of Vermont, in Northfield, Vermont. Bill is licensed in Colorado, New Jersey, and Virginia, and is admitted to practice before the U.S. Tax Court. He helps taxpayer throughout the United States and worldwide with their federal (IRS) tax problems. Bill resides in Castle Rock with his wife and daughter, and is expecting another child later this year. Real Property (foreclosures & homeowners associations): Bill helps homeowners fight illegal foreclosure actions and wrongful actions by homeowners associations. Bill prides himself on providing reassuring counsel to families during difficult economic times. For example, he helps owners with disputes regarding monthly dues, special assessments, security issues, board of directors’ mismanagement, bad faith, and embezzlement of community funds. He works with clients throughout the United States representing them in federal (IRS), Colorado, Virginia, and New Jersey tax disputes, including collection defense representation (removal of tax liens, tax levies, and penalties) and tax audit representation. Bill also provides tax opinions on income, estate, business, and employment tax issues; advises clients on choice of entity and tax planning matters; and guides international and U.S. clients on the interplay of federal tax law and various income and estate tax treaties. Bill is licensed to practice before the United States Tax Court. Estate Planning: Bill helps families protect plan their estate and protect future generations. He is particularly involved with helping families with minor children and families with children with special needs. Family Law: Bill helps individuals and families during dissolution of marriage (divorce), parenting time, custody problems, adoption, and child support issues.
